      What exactly does a wedding day coordinator do?

      We step in during the final few weeks before your wedding to organise all the details you’ve already planned. On the day, we manage your timeline, coordinate suppliers, oversee setup, handle any last-minute issues, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes — so you don’t have to.

      Is this the same as a wedding planner?

      Not quite. A wedding planner helps design and plan your wedding from the start. Our On-the-Day Coordination is for couples who’ve done most of the planning themselves and need a professional to manage everything on the day.

      When do you get involved?

      We usually step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding. That’s when we schedule a detailed handover meeting, review your plans, and start liaising with your suppliers.

      Will you contact our suppliers?

      Absolutely! We’ll confirm all details and timings with your suppliers before the big day and act as their main point of contact on the day itself — so they’re not bothering you while you're getting ready or enjoying the day.

      How long are you there on the day?

      We’re with you from the moment your venue access begins — whether that’s early morning setup or midday arrival — until the key formalities (usually first dance or cake cutting) are complete. We can also offer extended coverage if needed.

      Do you help with setup or decor?

      Yes — we oversee and assist with setup to make sure your vision is executed as planned. If you have DIY elements (like table plans, favours, signage), we’re happy to place and style them too.

      What areas do you cover?
